We are looking for an experienced Waiter to join our team at Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and taking orders from customers in the restaurant.

The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment. They should also have experience in a similar role, as well as knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene procedures.

Responsibilities:
• Greet customers upon their arrival and ensure they have a pleasant dining experience
• Take orders accurately and serve food promptly
• Upsell menu items when appropriate
• Ensure all dishes are correctly garnished and presented according to the standards set by the restaurant
• Follow health, safety and hygiene guidelines closely
• Clean tables or other dining areas when required
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries or complaints
• Process payments accurately and handle cash responsibly.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Waiter in a busy restaurant setting
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene procedures
• Excellent communication skills with customers and colleagues alike
• Ability to work quickly under pressure
• Attention to detail when taking orders or serving food
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and evenings
