Painter Job Summary
We are currently looking for an experienced Painter to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for painting residential and commercial buildings, as well as any other painting duties assigned. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience painting in the construction industry, be highly organized and able to work well with a team.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Preparing surfaces to be painted by scraping, sanding, filling gaps or using other necessary methods
• Applying primers or sealers before applying the finish coat of paint
• Mixing paints or stains to get desired colors
• Determining suitable paint types for various surfaces
• Applying paint with brush, roller or spray gun following all safety measures
• Checking surfaces after completion of painting to ensure that they are done according to instructions
• Cleaning up all tools and equipment used during the painting process
• Assisting other members of the team in the completion of their tasks if needed
Qualification and Skills Required
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role is required
• Knowledge of safety measures while working with hazardous materials such as solvents or paint thinners is essential
• Ability to read blueprints or instructions is required
• Good hand-eye coordination is essential
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Good communication skills are necessary
