Instrument Technician Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Instrument Technician for our facility in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing and calibrating industrial instruments and control systems, such as process control systems, pressure gauges, temperature and flow regulators. This position is open to foreign applicants and offers a salary of 1500 KD per month.

Responsibilities
• Install instrumentation systems including wiring, calibration of instruments and testing of equipment
• Troubleshoot instrumentation problems to determine root cause
• Perform preventive maintenance on instrumentation systems
• Prepare reports on work performed or equipment malfunctioning or maintenance activities
• Respond to emergency calls from clients or site personnel as required
• Maintain accurate records of all service performed, testing results, equipment malfunctions etc.
• Operate computerized data acquisition systems for monitoring instrumentation performance
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent technical qualification preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in installation, maintenance and repair of instrumentation systems
• Knowledgeable in PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) • Ability to read blueprints/schematics/diagrams • Excellent problem solving skills • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
