Instrument Technician in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait


We are looking for an experienced and motivated Instrument Technician to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing various types of instrumentation and control systems.

The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background as well as excellent problem solving and communication skills. They should also have the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of electronic and mechanical systems is essential.

Responsibilities include:
• Assessing the condition of instrumentation and control systems, identifying faults, and providing maintenance services to repair or replace faulty parts;
• Installing new instrumentation or control systems as required;
• Liaising with suppliers to source replacement parts;
• Troubleshooting system issues;
• Following safety protocols when servicing equipment;
• Preparing written reports on the status of instrumentation or control systems;
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards;
• Providing technical advice regarding system performance.

The successful candidate will have a relevant qualification such as an engineering degree or diploma in electrical/instrumentation engineering, experience in a similar role, strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently or part of a team. A valid driver's license is also desirable.
