We are looking for a highly creative and motivated Graphic Designer to join our team at Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a high level of expertise in graphic design, with a portfolio that displays a range of projects from corporate identity and branding to website design, advertising, and multimedia.

The ideal candidate should possess strong visual communication skills, along with the ability to comprehend client brief and deliver work on time and within budget. We are looking for someone who is passionate about creating innovative designs that capture the essence of our brand.

The successful Graphic Designer will be responsible for:
• Creating concept designs for websites, logos, brochures, posters, etc.
• Utilizing all aspects of visual communication and interface design
• Working closely with clients to understand their needs and help them realize their vision
• Brainstorming ideas with the team
• Ensuring all graphics are designed in adherence with industry standards
• Ensuring quality control throughout the entire design process
• Collaborating effectively with other departments in order to ensure compliance with all requirements
A successful candidate must have:
• A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field; masters' degree preferred but not required
• Demonstrated experience in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Excellent visual communication skills; clear understanding of typography and color theory
• Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
• Positive attitude towards learning new technologies • Eye for detail and the ability to discern what works best aesthetically
