We are currently seeking a Project Manager for our Ras-al-Khaimah office. This individual will be responsible for developing, organizing, and managing projects in accordance with the goals and objectives of the organization. The successful candidate should have a strong attention to detail and be able to work independently while also being part of a team.

The ideal candidate should have experience in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and quality assurance. They should also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred but not required.

The Project Manager will be responsible for:
• Developing project plans and managing their execution, including researching and analyzing project requirements, creating timeline estimates and milestones, assigning tasks to team members, defining success criteria for completion of projects
• Establishing controls to ensure that projects remain on schedule and meeting budgets
• Monitoring progress of multiple projects simultaneously, adjusting resources as needed
• Identifying risks associated with projects as well as developing action plans for mitigating them
• Communicating regularly with stakeholders throughout the duration of the project
• Ensuring that all pertinent legal regulations are adhered to
• Analyzing project performance data to identify areas for improvement or cost savings
• Creating reports documenting progress on key performance indicators (KPI’s)
• Working closely with the HR department in order to ensure that all immigrant workers are properly documented
• Upholding our company’s standards of excellence through quality assurance checks

The successful candidate must possess at least 3 years of experience in a similar role along with exceptional organizational skills. They must also possess excellent interpersonal skills as they will be working closely with team members from various departments across the organization. We are offering an attractive salary package of 1000 AED per month plus benefits.
