We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain. The ideal candidate must be organized, detail oriented and possess excellent communication skills. We require minimal work experience and are open to considering immigrants for this role.
The primary responsibility of the Office Assistant will be to provide support to the office staff by performing a variety of administrative duties. This will include managing incoming calls, responding to inquiries, filing documents and organizing reports. The individual must also be comfortable utilizing various computer applications such as MS Excel or Word.
The Office Assistant should have a flexible attitude with the ability to multitask and prioritize appropriately in a fast-paced environment. They must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and have the ability to work efficiently under pressure while meeting deadlines. In addition, they should be able to handle confidential information in a professional manner with strong problem solving skills.
The successful candidate will receive a salary of 1400 AED per month along with additional benefits in accordance with local law and regulations.
