Office Assistant Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Musaffah. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to our team. This includes answering phones, filing documents, preparing invoices, assisting with customer inquiries, and other office duties as needed.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have a strong work ethic. They should also have the ability to multi-task while remaining focused on the task at hand. Previous experience in an office setting is preferred but not required.
Demands of the Candidate
To be considered for this position, the candidate must possess the following qualities:
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Be highly organized and able to manage time effectively
• Have great attention to detail
• Possess basic computer skills such as MS Word and Excel
• Previous experience with office equipment is a plus
• Must be comfortable interacting with customers in person or over the phone
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs when needed
