We are looking for a talented and experienced Surveyor for a permanent role in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have an understanding of surveying techniques, be able to interpret detailed maps and drawings, and be proficient in the use of computer software related to surveying.

The successful applicant will be expected to perform land surveys to ascertain the legal boundaries of properties and to analyze other data such as records, deeds, and aerial photographs. They will also provide advice on land usage, advise clients on property acquisitions, prepare reports on findings, and offer expert advice in determining the effects of construction projects on existing terrain.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal; they should demonstrate a professional attitude with an emphasis on customer service. They must hold a valid surveyor's license from their home country or another country if applicable. We are ready to consider an immigrant for this role.
