Waiter Position in Musaffah

We are looking for an outstanding Waiter to provide excellent customer service to our patrons in Musaffah. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a passion for hospitality and an ability to ensure customers have an enjoyable experience. This position offers a competitive salary of 1000 AED per month and the opportunity for a foreigner to join the team.

The ideal Waiter will possess strong communication skills and demonstrate a commitment to customer service. They must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment, adhere to safety and sanitation rules, multitask, and have excellent problem-solving skills. It is also essential that they have the ability to think on their feet and handle unexpected situations with poise and professionalism.

Responsibilities:
• Greet customers upon arrival and take orders accurately
• Ensure customers receive a warm welcome and friendly service
• Prepare beverages, salads, appetizers, desserts, etc. as requested by the customer
• Ensure all dishes are prepared according to restaurant standards
• Keep work areas clean throughout the shift
• Handle payments efficiently while adhering to all cash handling procedures
• Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries or complaints
• Monitor customer satisfaction levels throughout the shift
• Maintain updated knowledge of menu items and specials

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Waiter or in hospitality/customer service preferred but not required
• Ability to multi-task effectively in a busy environment
• Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
• Proven ability work well under pressure
