Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Barista to join our team at El-Ain. In this role, you will be responsible for providing quality customer service as well as preparing and serving coffee beverages. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is organized, friendly, and has great interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibilities
• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks, including specialty coffee drinks
• Take orders from customers and answer any questions they may have about our products
• Follow proper cash handling procedures when accepting payment from customers
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area at all times
• Ensure all products meet quality standards
• Stock shelves with supplies when needed

Qualifications
• Previous experience as a barista or in customer service is preferred but not necessary
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with customers in a courteous manner
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment
• Ability to follow directions accurately
• Knowledge of basic math skills
• Good organizational skills
• Must be willing to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
