We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Zayed City. The ideal candidate should have experience in making coffee and tea drinks and possess a passion for customer service.

The job requires excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a friendly manner. The Barista should also be organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:
- Preparing coffees, teas, smoothies and other beverages according to specific recipes.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of workstations and ensuring all supplies are stocked.
- Greeting customers, taking their orders, and providing them with information about menu items.
- Processing payments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Handling customer complaints in an effective manner to ensure satisfaction.
- Complying with safety regulations while operating machinery such as espresso machines.
- Assisting in other areas of the store as needed.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working as a Barista is preferred but not required; we are ready to consider an immigrant with minimal work experience.
- Ability to operate coffee machines, blenders, mixers, etc., safely and efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers of all ages from all backgrounds.
- Ability to take direction from supervisors and work collaboratively within a team environment.

This position offers a competitive salary of 1300 AED per month, along with other benefits such as medical insurance coverage depending on the job requirements met by the employee during employment period at Zayed City Store.
