Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in El-Fujairah. This position is responsible for conducting land surveys to gather information on the ground to help with construction projects, boundary disputes, and more. The successful candidate will be able to use their knowledge of land surveying and mapping technology to accurately measure and map land parcels, buildings and other structures.

Responsibilities
• Plan, organize and direct the survey crew’s activities
• Prepare sketches or maps from notes taken in the field
• Utilize surveying instruments such as total stations, levels, GPS receivers etc.
• Compile data gathered in the field into maps or drawings using CAD systems
• Establish horizontal and vertical control points by analyzing survey data
• Consult with clients concerning legal procedures related to surveys
• Research historical records such as deeds or aerial photographs
• Monitor survey activities to ensure safety regulations are followed

Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum two years of experience as a Land Surveyor
• Knowledge of surveying techniques, regulations, mapping tools etc.
• Experience using computer aided design (CAD) software
• Knowledge of Geographical Information Systems (GIS)
• Ability to read plans & blueprints
• Excellent math skills
