We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. We offer an attractive salary of 1300 and are willing to consider a foreign applicant with no prior experience.

As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for providing surveying services such as measuring land boundaries, calculating areas, preparing surveys for legal documentation and research land use regulations. You will need to be able to interpret maps and plans of registered land parcels, build records and analyze aerial photographs. You must be able to use the latest surveying equipment safely and accurately.

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
• A degree or diploma in Surveying or equivalent with relevant work experience
• Good knowledge of surveying techniques such as levelling, triangulation, total station operation
• Ability to interpret technical documents such as maps and plans
• Ability to communicate effectively with other departments/clients
• Valid driver’s license is preferred
• Knowledge of current safety regulations is essential
