We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor with a strong knowledge of surveying principles and practices to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately measuring land boundaries, elevations, and other features of land, sea, and air to create detailed maps and plans used for construction or legal purposes.

The ideal candidate must have at least two years of experience as a Land Surveyor and have a thorough understanding of the most up-to-date surveying techniques. He/she should have a keen eye for detail, be able to work both independently and with a team, and possess excellent problem-solving skills.

The successful candidate will be expected to perform measurements using complex instruments such as total stations, GPS receivers, levels, and transits; analyze data collected from surveys; interpret topographical maps; prepare digital terrain models; produce land surveys; establish exact property boundaries; identify potential safety hazards; maintain records of surveyed areas; develop plans for land development projects; check blueprints or documents to ensure accuracy of surveying results.

This is a full-time position offering a salary of 1600 riyal per month. We are open to considering applications from immigrants who meet the required criteria.
