We are currently looking for a reliable Land Surveyor for a prestigious construction project in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting land surveys and providing accurate data to the project team in order to ensure that all structures are built on the correct sites.

The successful applicant must have an excellent knowledge of land surveying techniques, have strong technical and analytical skills, be able to work independently or as part of a team, and have the ability to interpret data accurately.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
• Conducting surveys on various topographical features such as elevation, dimensions and slopes
• Analyzing survey data and producing detailed reports for the project team
• Preparing sketches, drawings and maps of surveyed areas
• Ensuring accuracy of all survey data collected at each stage of the project
• Maintaining records of projects which include measurements taken during surveys

Qualifications & Skills:
• A degree or diploma in Land Surveying or equivalent qualification
• At least 2 years experience working as a Land Surveyor or similar role
• Strong knowledge of surveying instruments such as Total Station and Global Positioning System (GPS)
• Excellent technical and analytical skills with an eye for detail
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well both independently or as part of a team
