Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated Petroleum Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Petroleum Engineering with minimal work experience and be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the principles of reservoir engineering, drilling, production operations and completion techniques. The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing production levels while maintaining safety standards.

Needs for the Candidate
The successful candidate must have a degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field. Previous experience in the oil & gas industry is an advantage, but not essential. We are looking for an individual who is creative with problem-solving abilities, has excellent communication skills and can work well under pressure.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Developing drilling plans to optimize production, utilizing industry best practices
• Ensuring all safety standards are met while planning drilling activities
• Analyzing data from geological formations to determine the most efficient way to extract oil and gas resources
• Supervising drilling operations to ensure optimal production rates
• Creating detailed reports on drilling activity results
• Monitoring production levels and suggesting changes as needed
• Collaborating with other departments (geology, reservoir engineering) to maximize efficiency

Education and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field is required; Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education/experience

The salary offered for this position is 1400 per month. We are open to considering foreign applicants for this vacancy.
