Electrician in Doha, Qatar


We are looking for an experienced and reliable Electrician to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in electrical installation, maintenance, and repair of wiring, equipment, and fixtures.

The Electrician must be able to read blueprints and technical diagrams, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and have an understanding of electrical codes. The successful candidate should also demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while exercising good judgment and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Diagnosing electrical problems using test meters, oscilloscopes, circuit analyzers, and other diagnostic equipment.
• Installing wiring systems and performing repairs on existing systems according to safety rules.
• Replacing faulty switches, outlets, circuit breakers, fuses or other components as needed.
• Interpreting schematics and diagrams for a variety of applications including wiring control systems.
• Troubleshooting problems by following procedure manuals or using established methods.
• Making sure that all work is completed in accordance with safety regulations.
• Ensuring that all tools are maintained properly in a clean working environment.
• Following instructions from supervisors or more experienced electricians on complex projects.
• Completing tasks efficiently within time constraints set by the supervisor or lead electrician.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an Electrician in a similar role either in domestic or industrial settings
• Knowledge of electrical codes and regulations
• Ability to operate hand tools such as drills and grinders safely
• Ability to read technical documents such as blueprints accurately
• Good problem-solving skills along with analytical thinking ability
• Self-motivated with the willingness to take initiative when needed
