We are looking for an Executive Chef to join our team of culinary professionals in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be creative, organized and have a passion for high-quality cuisine.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring that all standards of food quality and presentation are met. They will be accountable for menu development, budgeting, inventory management, and maintaining an efficient and safe kitchen environment. Additionally, they will supervise and mentor other cooks and kitchen staff to ensure everyone is working in accordance with safety protocols.

To be considered for this role, applicants must have at least 2 years of experience as a Chef in a professional setting. They should also possess excellent culinary skills, with knowledge of international cuisine. Knowledge of food safety regulations is also essential. An understanding of budgetary constraints is beneficial but not required.
