Restaurant Manager Job in Dubai

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant and ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently.

The Restaurant Manager will provide strategic direction, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction and productivity, maintain quality standards, and maximize profits. This role also includes developing marketing plans, creating a budget, coordinating events, overseeing administrative duties, handling customer complaints, and creating a positive work environment.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing a restaurant or similar hospitality environment. They should have strong leadership abilities, excellent organizational skills and the ability to motivate staff. They should be knowledgeable about food safety regulations and have experience with POS systems. A degree in hospitality management or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
