We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Sommelier to join our team in Dubai. The position involves providing guests with expert advice on wines, spirits and other beverages that are offered in our restaurant.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Sommelier with a strong knowledge of international wines and spirits, including vintage, aged and specialty varieties. They should also have an excellent understanding of food and wine pairings and be able to create bespoke wine lists to suit individual customer needs. We also require that the successful candidate is able to provide accurate information regarding the origin, taste and aroma of wines as well as answer any questions customers may have.

At our restaurant we offer a competitive salary package which includes a base salary of 900 AED per month with additional performance-based bonuses available. Our professional team is highly experienced in their respective fields and the successful candidate will benefit from working alongside them, learning from their experience.

We expect our Sommelier to demonstrate excellent customer service skills at all times, ensuring that each guest has an enjoyable experience when dining with us. The successful applicant must also be willing to take part in ongoing training opportunities which will help develop their expertise in the field.
