Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring high quality service and standards, maximizing profits and customer satisfaction. The Restaurant Manager will act as a leader and mentor to the restaurant staff, ensuring all guidelines are followed correctly and efficiently. This position requires an individual with strong organizational skills, leadership abilities, customer service orientation and a passion for the hospitality industry.

Requirements for the Candidate:
The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position in a restaurant or hospitality setting. They must possess excellent organizational skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills to foster a positive work environment with staff and customers alike. A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Business Administration is preferred but not required. The candidate must be capable of working under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant including staff management, customer service, bookkeeping, ordering supplies and scheduling shifts
• Ensure that all health & safety regulations are met and that all staff members are properly trained on these regulations
• Develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction levels as well as profitability
• Create marketing plans to drive more business into the restaurant
• Analyze financial statements on a regular basis to ensure efficiency of operations
• Monitor performance of staff members to ensure they meet performance expectations
• Provide guidance and support to staff members when necessary
• Ensure that all complaints from customers are addressed promptly

Terms of Work:
The successful candidate will be offered a full-time contract with competitive pay plus benefits including medical insurance & vacation leave. Working hours will typically be from 9am to 5pm five days per week with some flexibility depending on business needs & special occasions.
