Job Description
We are looking for a professional and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of a new restaurant in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staff management, customer service, menu development, budgeting and financial management, marketing and promotions, and ensuring the highest standards of health and safety. The ideal candidate should have 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry and a proven track record of success in managing restaurants.
Requirements
The successful candidate must have a minimum of 3 years' experience working in the hospitality industry as a restaurant manager or similar position. They must also possess strong leadership, organizational and communication skills, as well as demonstrate excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. In addition to this experience, the ideal candidate should be comfortable with technology such as point-of-sale systems (POS), computerized inventory tracking systems, etc.
Responsibilities
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. This includes overseeing staff recruitment and training; developing strategies to increase customer satisfaction; creating menus; managing budgets; ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations; implementing marketing strategies; increasing profitability; maintaining relationships with suppliers; monitoring sales performance; conducting regular quality assurance checks; resolving customer complaints; organizing special events; and more.
