The responsibilities of this role include greeting and seating guests, taking orders, delivering meals, clearing tables, restocking supplies and providing general assistance in the dining area. The successful candidate must be able to deliver outstanding customer service at all times, promoting a friendly and welcoming atmosphere while handling customer complaints calmly and efficiently. They must also adhere to all health and safety regulations while on the job.
