We are currently looking for a Secretary to join our team in Doha.

The Secretary will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization, including handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, organizing meetings and maintaining records. The successful candidate must be highly organized, detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively.

The ideal candidate should possess:
β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
β€’ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
β€’ Proficiency in using computers, especially MS Office
β€’ Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
β€’ Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
β€’ Great attention to detail
β€’ Excellent organizational skills
β€’ Flexible schedule availability is a plus
