The company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Engineer to join our world-class team in Doha. We are looking for someone who is passionate about creating beautiful, sustainable, and functional infrastructure, while also possessing the technical expertise to coordinate all project activities and ensure that our projects meet code, safety, and performance requirements.

This position requires a great deal of responsibility and attention to detail. The Civil Engineer will need to have the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other teams in order to successfully complete projects. This role will involve working with a wide range of stakeholders including local government entities, contractors, engineers, subcontractors, and more.

We are looking for an individual that has experience in managing projects related to civil engineering such as sewers/stormwater systems, bridges/tunnels/roads/railways/airport infrastructure construction or maintenance. The candidate should also have excellent communication skills in order to effectively collaborate with contractors and other stakeholders on project objectives. A degree in civil engineering or related field is required for this role.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in civil engineering;
• A track record of successful project completion;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders;
• Expertise in relevant engineering software packages;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Strong organizational skills;
• Good understanding of Qatari regulations related to civil engineering projects;
• Understanding of construction methods and procedures;
• Ability to read blueprints;
• Proficiency with AutoCAD or similar software package.

In addition, the ideal candidate should possess the following desired skills:
• Knowledge of construction materials;
• Knowledge of soil mechanics and hydrology principles;
• Experience working on international projects; • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

This position offers a salary of 1700 per month plus benefits such as health insurance coverage for you and your dependents, vacation pay according to Qatar labor laws, public transportation assistance from your home country if needed, assistance with housing if needed etc. Additionally we are willing consider an immigrant for this position provided he/she can provide all necessary documents required by applicable laws..
