We are looking for a talented and experienced Barista to join our team in Dubai. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work with a modern café in the bustling city of Dubai.

The Barista must be able to work efficiently and effectively in fast-paced environments while being able to maintain a positive attitude.

The successful candidate should possess:
• Good communication skills
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service
• Knowledge of coffee, espresso, latte art, and tea drinks
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment problems quickly
• Certification or experience in barista training is preferred but not required
• The ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
• Openness to working with an immigrant population is essential
• Experience working with cash registers, debit/credit systems or POS systems is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing all types of espresso drinks, using various techniques such as grinding beans, tamping grounds, frothing milk, steaming milk, pouring latte art designs, etc., as well as maintaining cleanliness standards for all equipment. The Barista will also be responsible for taking orders from customers, operating the cash register and completing sales transactions. They must be able to respond knowledgeably and professionally to customer inquiries about menu items. Finally the Barista must practice safe food handling procedures at all times.
