We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Dubai and help us create the perfect coffee experience. The ideal candidate should have a passion for coffee, demonstrated knowledge of brewing techniques, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks and other beverages to customers. They will also assist in the operation of the coffee shop, including restocking supplies, cleaning counters, tables, and other areas of the shop. Other duties include taking orders from customers, processing payments, suggesting coffee drinks or other beverages that may suit their tastes, and answering questions about coffee types and brewing methods.

The Barista must maintain a positive attitude towards customers at all times while providing prompt service with a smile. They should be able to multitask effectively while staying organized and attentive to customer needs. The successful candidate should also possess excellent communication skills with an understanding of the importance of maintaining professional standards in order to ensure customer satisfaction.

A minimum of one year experience working as a Barista is required as well as knowledge of various espresso-based drinks such as cappuccinos, lattes, macchiatos etc. A good working knowledge of health and safety regulations is also essential for this role. We are willing to consider applicants who are not native English speakers; fluency in another language is desirable but not required.
