Pharmacist Job Description
We are looking for a professional Pharmacist to join our team in El-Fujairah. The successful applicant will be responsible for dispensing prescription medications as well as providing advice and information to customers.

The ideal candidate should have 1 year of experience in a pharmacy, and hold a valid license to practice pharmacy. They should also have excellent customer service skills and be knowledgeable about drug interactions and side effects.

Responsibilities:
• Dispense medications as prescribed by doctors or other health practitioners
• Advise patients on the correct usage of medications, possible drug interactions, side effects and dosage
• Update patient records with information about dispensed medications
• Prepare labels for prescription containers with the name of the patient, medication name, dosage instructions, etc.
• Calculate medication dosages accurately prior to dispensing
• Receive prescriptions from patients either in person or over the phone
• Maintain accurate records regarding stock levels and expiry dates of medications


Demands for the Candidate:
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related field; Master’s degree preferred
• Valid license to practice pharmacy in El-Fujairah
• 1 year experience working in a pharmacy setting preferred but not required
• Excellent customer service skills with an ability to communicate effectively with customers and other healthcare professionals
• Knowledgeable about pharmaceuticals and drug interactions/side effects
