Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Education or related field
- Teaching qualification or equivalent (e.g. PGCE)
- Minimum 1 year teaching experience in a similar role (desirable)
- Excellent communication skills both written & verbal - Ability to work effectively as part of a team or on own initiative - Knowledge of current educational trends & best practice techniques - Understanding & commitment to professional codes of conduct & equal opportunities policies - Resilience & enthusiasm when faced with difficult challenges - Commitment to meeting deadlines & keeping up to date records - A full valid driving license is desirable but not essential - The ability to speak fluent/native English is essential as we cater for international students from many countries around the world (desirable).

Skills & Experience: - Proven ability to plan, deliver, assess, record & report on lessons with the highest quality standards - Experience working with children/young adults from diverse cultural backgrounds - Ability to differentiate teaching styles according to student needs - Relevant IT skills such as using interactive whiteboards - Good problem solving skills and ability to think outside the box - Excellent interpersonal skills & strong motivation
