The ideal candidate should have an advanced degree in Chemistry and at least 3 years of relevant experience. They should also demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. The successful candidate will be expected to perform a variety of tasks including laboratory testing, planning experiments, data collection, analysis, and interpretation.

The successful candidate will be required to have an up-to-date knowledge of the relevant safety regulations and procedures applicable to their work environment. They should also possess the ability to work effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds in order to ensure smooth operations.
