Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Barista to join our team in Al-Kuwait. Our ideal candidate will be friendly and outgoing, with a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities
• Prepare hot and cold beverages including coffee, espresso drinks, smoothies, teas, etc.
• Ensure that all beverages are prepared according to company recipes and standards
• Interact with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders and providing advice
• Manage cash register transactions efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene standards
• Receive deliveries of products/ingredients when necessary

Requirements
• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Ability to work under pressure
• Knowledge of coffee trends • Good customer service skills • High school diploma or relevant qualification
