We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team at Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving hot and cold beverages, and providing excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate must have a passion for coffee, and must be able to effectively communicate with customers and other staff members. They must also be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, while delivering consistent quality. Experience in a similar role is preferred but not necessary.

The primary responsibilities of the Barista include:
• Preparing and serving hot and cold beverages in accordance with company recipes
• Interacting with customers in a professional manner
• Taking orders accurately, efficiently, and courteously
• Accepting payments
• Maintaining cleanliness of the café area
• Adhering to health standards as set by the company
• Assisting other staff members when needed

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have an eye for detail. They should also be able to work both independently as well as part of a team. In addition, we are looking for someone who is passionate about coffee culture, eager to learn new things, and willing to go above and beyond expectations. We are ready to consider an immigrant for this position.
