We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as Barista at Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the café, preparing coffee drinks according to company standards, cashiering duties, cleaning duties, and providing exceptional customer service. The Barista must have a basic knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
• A minimum of 1 year of experience working in the food industry
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Ability to remember customers’ food preferences
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Knowledgeable about coffee drinks and brewing methods
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure
• A valid Food Handler’s Certificate is an advantage
