We are seeking an experienced Business Manager to join our team in Doha. This position will be responsible for providing strategic vision and direction to the organization, developing teams, creating effective processes and procedures, and driving profits. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading a business, with a strong understanding of the local market and its competitive landscape.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and have the ability to think strategically. A successful Business Manager will have a history of meeting goals, building relationships with key stakeholders, negotiating business contracts, and developing partnerships that benefit the organization.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; an MBA is preferred. A minimum of 5 years’ experience leading a business is preferred. The ability to motivate teams and lead by example is essential. Fluency in English is also essential for this role.
