Mason vacancy in Doha

We are looking for a Mason to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will have experience in building and repairing walls and other structures, patching cracks and constructing walkways and patios from bricks, blocks, stone and other masonry material.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Installing and repairing a variety of masonry structures including brick walls, fireplace hearths, stonework foundations and patios.
• Preparing surfaces to receive masonry materials such as concrete or mortar.
• Placing the appropriate type of masonry material in designated areas according to blueprints or instructions.
• Inspecting structures regularly to ensure they are secure and stable.
• Making sure all safety regulations are respected while on the job site.
• Cleaning up job sites after each project is complete.

The successful candidate must possess:
• A minimum of two years’ experience in masonry work
• The ability to read blueprints
• Good physical strength, stamina, coordination and balance
• Working knowledge of construction methods and materials
• Eye for detail when it comes to making sure the job is done correctly
