We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Business Manager to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our business, as well as developing and implementing long-term strategies to ensure growth and success.

The Business Manager will be expected to have an understanding of the market, customer needs, and current trends in order to make informed decisions that will support the company’s goals. They should also possess excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.

The main responsibilities of the Business Manager include:
• Developing short and long-term strategies for success;
• Identifying new business opportunities;
• Managing relationships with clients, vendors, investors, partners and other stakeholders;
• Evaluating financial performance;
• Monitoring industry trends and researching competitors;
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable legal regulations.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business or Management. Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential; however, a strong interest in business operations is required. The successful applicant must also have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills. Knowledge of local market conditions would be beneficial but not essential. This position offers a competitive salary of 1000 per month plus benefits.
