We are looking for an experienced Business Manager to join our team in Doha. This position offers the opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with a diverse team of professionals.

The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as be highly organized and detail-oriented. They must also have a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.

The Business Manager will be responsible for developing strategies to increase revenue and maximize efficiency. They will collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for improvement, create reports on performance metrics, analyze data and make recommendations for improvement. They will also develop plans for implementing new initiatives and oversee their implementation.

Additionally, the Business Manager will provide mentorship to junior staff members and develop training programs to help them reach their full potential. They will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, as well as maintaining a positive work environment that encourages collaboration among all employees.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international setting. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred but not required; however, prior experience in the field is mandatory. We are ready to consider an immigrant with no experience if they possess the necessary skillset required by the position. The salary offered is 1200 per month (negotiable based on experience).
