The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as a Fitter with an understanding of safety requirements. A good working knowledge of tools and equipment used in the fitting field is required along with good communication skills.

The Fitter will be expected to work both independently and as part of a team depending on project needs, so strong teamwork skills are essential. Candidates must also have the ability to work unsupervised when necessary and follow instructions accurately.
