We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in a managerial role, as well as strong communication and organizational skills.

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing, leading and motivating a team of employees to ensure that all tasks and goals are completed in an efficient and timely manner. This individual also must demonstrate strong problem solving abilities and the ability to work independently, as well as in a team setting. In addition, the Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all staff comply with company policies and procedures.

The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Arabic. They must also be able to build relationships with clients and colleagues alike. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required for this position. We are willing to consider applicants who are immigrants to Kuwait with minimal work experience.
