We are currently looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience in a managerial role and hold a diploma in business administration.

The successful applicant will be expected to take charge of the daily operations of the department, including motivating and training employees, overseeing employee performance, developing strategies for improved efficiency, providing reports to management, and ensuring that all tasks are completed appropriately.

The Supervisor will also be responsible for setting goals, providing feedback to employees on their performance, managing budgets and resources effectively, ensuring all safety regulations are observed, and working with other departments within the organization. Additionally, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with an international team are essential for this position.
