We are seeking an experienced, motivated Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team and providing guidance, training and direction to ensure high standards of work quality.

The right candidate should have a good track record of supervising teams and working with a variety of stakeholders. They should have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and inspire others. The ideal candidate is also expected to have knowledge of relevant regulations, policies, procedures and health & safety guidelines.

Requirements
• Proven experience in a supervisory role
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to develop teams by providing guidance and support
• Knowledge of relevant regulations, policies, procedures and health & safety guidelines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel etc.)
• Degree in Business Management or related field preferred but not essential
