Job Description:
We are looking for a Waiter to join our team in Jeddah. This position will require someone to serve customers with the utmost hospitality and professionalism. The successful applicant should have experience in food service and customer service, as well as excellent communication skills.

Duties & Responsibilities:
The Waiter’s primary responsibility is to provide outstanding customer service while efficiently serving customers in a timely manner. Additionally, they will be expected to:
- Greet customers politely as they enter the restaurant;
- Take orders accurately and promptly;
- Communicate clearly with the kitchen staff;
- Ensure that food is served in accordance with company standards;
- Provide courteous service throughout the meal;
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in an appropriate way;
- Refill drinks as needed;
- Monitor tables for dirty dishes or other items that need to be cleared away; and
- Thank customers for their visit before leaving.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
- Previous experience working as a waiter (preferred);
- Knowledge of basic food safety guidelines;
- Ability to multitask efficiently during busy periods; - Excellent organizational, problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills; - Professionalism at all times when interacting with customers or fellow employees; - A friendly positive attitude towards customers and fellow employees; - Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, etc.; and - Must be willing to relocate to Jeddah if needed.
