As a Welder, you will be responsible for joining metal components together in order to fabricate or repair structures, machines, and other equipment. You will also be expected to interpret blueprints and drawings as well as inspect parts for defects or inconsistencies.

To be successful in this role, you must have prior experience working as a welder and be able to operate tools such as grinders, torches, plasma cutters, arc welders and spot welders. A certification from an accredited welding school would be considered an asset.
