Tutor – Abu-Dhabi, 1100 AED

We are looking for a Tutor who is passionate about teaching and learning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching and be able to create a positive learning environment for the students that they will be working with.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or the equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Tutor.
• Must be native English speaker or bilingual in English and Arabic language.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

Responsibilities:
• Develop lesson plans for each student's individual needs based on their current educational level, progress and goals.
• Provide instruction in one or more academic subject areas such as math, science, language arts, social studies etc., depending on the student’s grade level.
• Monitor students’ academic progress and provide feedback to parents on the student’s strengths and weaknesses related to their academic performance.
• Communicate with parents regarding the student’s academic successes and challenges as well as areas of concern that need to be addressed with the parent or school personnel if needed.
