Administrative assistant in Abu-Dhabi, UAE
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should be able to provide administrative support, organize and prioritize tasks, and have a strong customer service orientation.
To be successful in this role, the Administrative Assistant must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks at once. The candidate should also have an eye for detail and a willingness to learn new technologies as needed.
Responsibilities include:
• Greeting visitors and answering incoming calls in a professional manner
• Providing general administrative support such as filing, photocopying, scanning and emailing documents
• Handling incoming mail and deliveries
• Scheduling appointments
• Organizing meetings, taking minutes of meetings and updating the calendar with upcoming events
• Creating reports and presentations using Microsoft Office software
• Assisting with expense management through invoice processing, travel arrangements and other related tasks
• Assisting with other ad hoc projects as required.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience
• Strong computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
We offer a competitive salary of 1600 AED per month for this position. Foreigners are welcome to apply. No experience necessary.
