The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that operations run smoothly and that staff members remain motivated and productive.

The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company’s facilities, monitoring employee performance, addressing customer service issues, and ensuring safety protocols are met. They will also be responsible for managing projects, delegating tasks, coordinating staff training, and developing strategies to maximize productivity and efficiency. The Supervisor will also provide direct supervision to their direct reports.

In order to be successful in this role, we require the following qualifications:
• A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask
• Proficient computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Ability to lead by example and motivate employees
• Must be legally eligible to work in Abu Dhabi

We are willing to consider applicants from all backgrounds but preference will be given those with relevant experience in a similar field or those who have worked in Abu Dhabi before. We offer competitive salaries starting at 1600 AED per month depending on experience.
