Job Description:
The Supervisor is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the team and ensuring that tasks are completed accurately and on time. You will lead by example, providing guidance and mentorship to your team members while also managing the budget, scheduling, and other administrative tasks. You will also need to develop strategies to increase team efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities:
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback as necessary
• Develop strategies to improve productivity and quality of work
• Manage daily operations including budgeting, scheduling, etc.

• Ensure all safety protocols are followed
