As a Welder for our team, you will be responsible for connecting metal components using various welding equipment. Your duties will include reading blueprints to identify welding requirements, setting up welding machines based on the project instructions, preparing materials for welding by cutting and shaping them as needed, and performing maintenance on welding equipment. You will also need to inspect the welded parts to ensure that they meet quality standards.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience working as a Welder or similar positions within the construction industry. You should also have strong manual dexterity and knowledge of welding techniques and safety regulations. Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
