We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Bani Yas City. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of successfully managing projects and be able and willing to take on new challenges. The role requires strong technical skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of 1200 per month plus additional benefits such as health insurance and flight tickets allowances.

The primary responsibility of the Project Manager is to ensure successful execution of projects from initiation through completion, as well as assist in developing strategies for future project success.

To be successful in this role, candidates must have:
• A bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or related field
• At least 3 years of project management experience
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Proven ability to develop efficient strategies for project completion
• Knowledge of project management software such as Microsoft Project or similar applications

Job Responsibilities:
• Manage all phases of the project life cycle including initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring & controlling, closing out projects within scope while adhering to budgets and timelines.
• Lead people resources assigned to specific projects by providing direction & guidance while ensuring goals are achieved on time within budget while meeting stakeholder expectations.
• Establish processes & procedures that ensure the timely delivery of quality work & services within agreed upon budget & timeline parameters.
• Monitor & report progress on assigned projects; track issues & resolutions; identify areas for improvement & devise solutions; create forecasts for resources needs.
• Develop detailed project plans including timelines for completion; collaborate with other members of the team throughout the lifecycle of each project; serve as primary contact between internal/external stakeholders throughout duration of each assigned project; manage risk/change control processes throughout duration/closure phases; provide weekly updates/status reports summarizing progress on each assigned project.
